Questions, corrections, product suggestions, partnership enquiries — we read all of it.

Questions, corrections, product suggestions, partnership inquiries: we read everything that arrives.

We’re a small team, so general replies can take a few days. Corrections and press queries jump the queue.

Reporting an error

This is the message we most want to receive. Include a link to the guide and the specific claim you believe is wrong, ideally a single sentence or a price. If you’re right, we fix it and note the correction in the article. Getting told we’re wrong is considerably cheaper than staying wrong.

Suggesting a product or a guide

Tell us the category and what you were trying to decide between. The most useful suggestions describe a buying decision that was hard, not a product that is new. If several people ask the same question, it usually becomes a guide.

For brands and PR

Please read this before getting in touch, because it saves us both time:

  • We don’t accept payment for placement, and we never will. Rankings are not for sale.
  • Review units don’t guarantee coverage and have no effect on where a product places.
  • We don’t publish guest posts, sponsored posts, or link insertions.
  • We’re happy to receive specifications, testing data, safety certifications and corrections, because that material improves guides.

If you’re fine with all of that, we’d like to hear about your product.

How we work

If you want to know how recommendations get made before you write to us, our How We Choose Products page sets out the whole process, and Affiliate Disclosure explains exactly how the site makes money.
